Add R&G Red curry paste into a pan with tin of coconut milk.
Add chicken (diced in pieces) into curry and slow cook for 15 mins.
Add broccoli, bamboo shoots, garden peas into curry and cook for another 10mins.
Serve with Jasmine Rice
If you can't find bamboo shoots, slice some squash into curry, they also go well with curry. Also if you want to have thick curry, just leave the curry in the fridge overnight and warm it up the next day.
