Ingredients

Chilli 20% Lemongrass 15% Shallots 12% Garlic 12% Galangal 11% 

Tamarind 9% Soybean Oil 4% Lime juice 6% Kaffir lime leaves 7% Sugar 2% Salt 2% 

 

Recipe 3-4people

Add 2 tsp of tomyun paste with a pint of water. Simmer them together for 5mins. Then add meat if preferred (prawn is perfect for soup), mushroom, tomatoes and cook them for 7mins. Add some milk (1/4 of pint) or evaporated milk (2 tbs), 1 tsp of sugar,pinch of salt. Then cook them all for 5 mins. 

Season more if preferred. Sprinkle with coriander.
